My eight month baby have fever today 2nd day but high fever..what I do

Continue with the medicine and repeated every six hours and do cold sponge that helps a lot in reducing the temperature if the fever doesn’t subside maximum by the time of 72 hours then in that case it’s not a normal fever you should consult your doctor then
