Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy2 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! Feed 3 meals and 2 snacks breakfast,lunch,dinner,mid morning and evening snacks.
Include fruits,vegetables,leafy vegetables,cereals,millets,pulses(dals),nuts ,egg in regular diet .
Give small quantities of snacks ( fruits salads,fluids) for improving appetite.
Avoid sugar,packed,junk ,oily foods which reduce appetite.

please don't force feed your child
please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet
please include green leaf veggies and fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
please give daily sun light exposure
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
