my delivery was on dec-13..March 12 my periods occur with one or 2 days heavy bleeding.other 3 days normal bleeding..in April periods didn't occur..what is the reason?

A. It is normal during breast feeding phase so nothing to worry as irregular periods or missed periods happens during feeding phase and eat a healthy and nutritious diet take care
