my delivery date is novmer 8 2020 . now in 3 month is started.my peadrition suggest to eat calcium and iorn tablet in 2 month .but i not eat it.then now this tablets are take to me ???

yes , you can take it as per your doctor's Suggestions.
please take Healthy and nutritious diet.
avoid taking outside food.
keep your self well hydrated.
