My daughters 4 yrs 6m old her front teeths broken and now there is no sign of new teeth ?

A. hi your kids milk teeth have fallen early. usually kids milk teeth start to shed by the age of 5-6 years. consult with your nearest pediatric dentist for routine dental examination
