My daughter will turn 4 next month and she still has difficulty recognising few alphabets/numbers and gets confused. Also off lately she's quite inattentive and doesn't think much. Is this normal? Is there food or any other thing that will help improve her attention and focus. Please help.

A. Hello mom try to get some age appropriate puzzles and games , and try to teach her in a play way Method .. also tend to limit if any screen time as well
