Your child has no hearing problem I believe because if your child is doing so well then the hearing problem is out of the question I want to know whether you have taught these things with the help of books only to the child or you have shown to the child because when you show these things with the help of a screen the child can only learn things with a child is constantly looking on the screen but there is no personal communication so if you have shown screen and thought these things with the screen and that’s the reason behind the delay that you are facing I need to communicate one on one with your child and zero screen time should be there
