My daughter was given bcg vaccine within 24hr after her birth but at vaccine site some point type wound erupted and it took shape of pimple like thing.Is it kind of worry for the baby or it will cure on its own?

no need to worry
it alright by own.
just try cool pack to reduce swelling,pain or redness
