My daughter poop is smelling foul from 2days.. paste in texture. but she is active n taking normal feeds.. she is exclusively breast fed.. Can anyone let me know if this is normal and let me know when should I consult my ped..

A. the baby is 3 months of age if baby is an exclusively mothers feeding their is no chances of baby having any infection no need to worry about the frequency and consistency of the stool baby is passing
