my baby's urine is smelling from last 2days. he is active and fine

it happens because of dehydration or because of infection.
so please feed your child on demand.
avoid using diapers for now.
prefer loose fitting Cotton clothes for your child.
keep that area clean.
ensure that your child should pass urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day.
maintain good hygiene
