my daughter of 3 years old getting vomiting if she eat anything. give me any suggestion Is it any serious?

This is basically indigestion issue so it’s better to check with your doctor a proper physical assessment would be required and accordingly they can help you with the medicine that will help in dealing with the issue these kind of problems are very common with kids it’s not dangerous or whiskey it’s just you need to take care of it in the right time
