this is commonly seen in this age and Crying of a Baby  is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops.
other reasons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .

If Your child is constantly disturbed and crying then I think your child is having some issue with your child is unable to express and you’re not able to understand that it is better that you consult a child specialist ones to know as to what is going on once you find a solution it would be easier for your child a new to cope up with it
