my daughter not drinking milk and not have any solid food in enough quantity does it effect her growth her homenogobin percentage is very low how to increase it

A. Hello mom it does effect the over all growth , try to add flavours and variety to their food and for her haemoglobin you can give her organ meats like liver etc , eggs , green leafy vegetables, sesame seeds , dry fruits such as raisins can be soaked in water over night and along the water it can be given , apart from that dates , apricots , chana , rajma kind of legumes as well are good along with millets ,
