My daughter kanishka is 4 yr 6 m old, she fall in school and her 2 front tooth came out. Do I need to consult dentist ? Or permanent teeth will come automatically?

A. The permanent teeth will come when they have to come but as of now the teeth have broken I would suggest you to consultant for an assessment so this way it will be better for you and if it is a milk teeth then it is going to fall eventually when the right and the new one will come
