my daughter is too weak what to give to improve her health she is 5 but still only 14 kg

A. Dear ma’am, give calorie dense foods like fruit milkshakes and multigrain porridge everyday. You can also give banana, sweet potato, nuts, dry fruits, egg, veg cutlet etc also make sure she is not constipated and limit the milk intake
