A. Include dal preferably moong dal or tuvar dal in lunch or breakfast every day. Do not mix dal with yogurt or milk. Just a simple vegetable dal rice khichdi works great for babies in gaining weight. Ragi porridge also helps to gain weight, it also strengthens the bones, teeth and helps for the overall development.
