my daughter is terribly coughing at night..whole day nothing but night she coughs so much that gets her difficulty in breathing..dry cough..also I gave her rapitus but that is not working ...please suggest

Maam is getting dressed which is why suddenly the cough aggravates so I’m just going to recommend you that you should give ginger juice and honey to the child in the night before sleeping and also you can check with the nebula nebulising would be helpful right now
