My daughter is suffering from pimples on her face what can I do

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Clean your baby’s face every day with warm water and gentle soap. Then dry it very gently.
use only mild baby skin lotion..
avoid heavy or extra moisturizing creams, Vaseline on skin. give fressh fruits and veggies in more quantity

maintain hygiene wash with water regularly
avoid oily and spicy foods
