ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hello parent your kids 13 months old suffering with fever and vomiting you may give oral paracetamol along with tepid sponging with wet cloth maintain adequate hydration of the child with oral fluids like ORS in case the child is Dull despite afebrile, consult ur doctor
