my daughter is suffering from fvr from last three days now fvr is okk but cough nd cold started nd her eyes swell is it normal?

A. cough is a protective mechanism of body which may be due to infection or allergy . it needs proper assestsment before giving any medicine presently steam inhalation can be given it will be benefigcial
