my daughter is suffering from fever 99.8 yesterday..she is 4 months and 3 weeks old.what should I do?

A. may be viral . Temperature more than 99 ° f is fever . It should be checked 2 to 3 times . Paracetamol can be given 3 to 4 times for fever . It may be due to any infection or seasonal variation .
