A. To reduce weight of the child, first limit intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Include variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk, coconut water, etc. Engage her in physical activities like jumping, running, climbing, cycling, swimming and other outdoor games and restrict screen time.
