my daughter is passing loose stools with unbearable smell since 2 days. and got rashes. kindly advice for both

Entrogermina you can give two times for three days but if the smell is so bad I suggest you consult your doctor as this could be due to an infection in the stomach as well so they’ll help you with right medication medication and treatment associated with the problem and for rashes you can use Boroline anti septic cream constantly in that area
