my baby having loose stools since 2 weeks , the consistency of stool is loose ,with smell and she is passing stool after each meal can you tell me what i should do

A. Loogse motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous hifgh grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
