my daughter is now 19.5months old. plz suggest good health Indian food or dishes for weight gain

A. Namaste Mom, You can give fresh fruit milk shakes, stiff parathas such as made with panner, potatoes etc as well. eggs, dry fruits , panner and besan chilla , legumes such as chana, rajma etc
