My daughter is not socializing with other kids. And not responding to her name

Baby learn to speak by age of one year like mama papa dada
By age of two year baby can make two word sentences and tell her name
Make habit to talk with baby often
Tell story and do lots of fun activities help baby to increase his vocabulary
Baby develop social skill soon
