Look first you have to understand whether your child is actually aware about its name or not because from the childhood we call them with different names so they are not very certain about whether you’re calling them or not so if the child is not responding to its name but understanding everything otherwise what you say making an eye contact responding well to your guidance and instructions and all then it is not a problem but if everything is not in place you may as well connect with the Dr
