Include fibre foods (fruits and vegetables, cereals, water, fluids) these improve bowel movements and avoid Constipation.
Do tummy massage daily, apply warm coconut oil or warm castor oil on baby's tummy and gently massage for 10 minutes in clockwise direction with the help of the fingers.
