my daughter is having loose tool4/4 times a day . not eating anything and having fever and vomiting.

Seems like a stomach infection so I would recommend you as of now kindly consult your doctor go ahead with a proper check up and a course of antibiotics can only be suggested on that basis only if you want to take a clear advice from your doctor on thisWrite Your Answer Here
