My daughter is having fever and complaining about leg or hand pain. But she is active otherwise and have appetite. But sometimes body trmperature goes up and body pain also. what to do?

A. hi. it is commonly observe. just give paracetomol syrup it will help to reduce pain too. give yiur child lots of fluids and rest. all the very best. .
