Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. you have mentioned the age of the child as 4 months so how a four month old child will tell about chest pain. so if you are telling about a bigger child then yes it can be due to either acidity or some local muscular pain for which examination will be required
