My daughter is going to complete her 10 months but didn't show any signs of teething!! Is it normal or matter of concern? plz guide me

start with calc phosphorus a homeopathy medicine for teething calc phosphorus helps in easing teething effects as teething fever loose motion green stool itching gums..
