My daughter is going to be 3 soon. My concern is her under eye. It becomes puffy at times. No water no pain it just looks swollen. Is it q serious problem?

A. Usually little puffiness in morning under eyes when the child wake up and try to give more liquids especially water to the child and encourage him to use washroom often to pass urine
