my daughter is five years old and her first teeth is loosing but I can't pull it out the gum is very tight and she starts crying but the problem is new permanent teeth comes out behind her loosen teeth what should I do

A. it will come out by itself .Teething may cause irritation and pain during the process of teeth eruption . There is no any specific medicine for easy teeth eruption . Vitamin D drop and calcium can be given to baby and teether for irritation of swollen gums .
