Q.

MY daughter is extremely scared of storms and rain due to a childhood event and gets pretty scared and hysterical when it rains ..what to do . should I consult a child psychologist

A. Hai good morning !! Its quite normal fear when we hear a sudden sounds storms .. As baby is young 4 years old it is normal to fear ,during rain calm her,soothe her and prepare for the sounds by explaining as a story. If possible make her enjoy when it is raining ,when no storms just a morning or evening rain playing with paper boats,by seeing from corrider,touching rain drops and enjoy.
