Q.
my daughter is almost 3 years old...she has constipation issue...she does potty on gap of one day sometimes daily....but during potty time she cries a lot ...she eats roti ,dahi,lassi,fruits everything rarely any packet food...how can I cure her ?

Tried these two or three things where you can apply some castor oil in the navel before sleeping start the day with a glass of warm water and in the night before sleeping you can give some prune juice to the child along with that train include little bit of more of buttermilk in the diet
