Q.
my daughter is 8months old. Her weight is 6.5kg. she is having Fever since 1 day. No other symptoms. am giving paracetamol 6th hourly. Also how long we can give Paracetamol since the start of fever. what to do and when to do next if fever persist.

For FEVER as well as PAIN kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be giv5en maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature.
Also when u take temperature in the armpit of the child and it is 100 or more then only consider it as fever and give Paracetamol.
higher medicines for fever like ibugesic and mefenamic has to be given only after medical consultation
