My daughter is 8 years old. suddenly her face skin & hands become very much tanned what home remedies can I do pls suggest

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You should focus on giving her a healthy diet to make your child’s skin healthy. Massage well. Keep your baby’s skin moisturized with a good mild body lotion as dry skin tends to look darker. Feed well to flush out all the toxins from the body.

Later, give a good warm bath by using a homemade bath powder made with green moong and besan. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day.
