Give her whole cow's milk and milk proteins like ghee in small amounts, curd, paneer, butter and cheese. Give her cheese sandwiches and peanut butter sandwiches. Give her one boiled egg per day. Give her fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give her banana, avocado, papaya, pear, pineapple and mango. Give her chickpeas and green peas and lentils like urad Dal and moong Dal. Give her plain nuts to eat like walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds, raisins and peanuts.
