Green leafy vegetables, green food colored foods may causes green color stool,
Is your child on formula feeds? If so its quite normal to have green stools on formula fed babies.
If stools are soft and easy to pass do nothing.
If stools are loose, watery, foul smelling, consult paedriatician .
