Q.

My daughter is 8 and half month old. She enjoys her meals but is now reluctant to drink milk. She hardly drinks milk once in a day. What should be done? Also what is proper quantity to feed her rice and other meals?

A. dear mum, even at the age of 8 and half months, breast milk should be the primary source of milk for baby. you can give other milk in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. you should give 3 meals in a day and up to half katori every time.
