my son is 13 months and he eat 3 meals a day and 4,5 times milk he drink is that okay he drinks milk more

A. Hello mom milk not more that 3 times actually and the quantity should not exceed between 300 to 400 ml per day. as now alone milk more isnt sufficent for them , major part of the diet should come from family foods now,
