My daughter is 7 months old. From the last one month she has develop small red dot pimples on her face & it is continously increasing in her face lips forehead. Please guide what we can do. We are taking very care of her specially of her hygiene. Please guide

A. It is for itching purpous. Can it be helpful in reducing the pimple pots on her face.
