I barely can feed wid my left breast only one time a day. is there any option to increase it and make her breastfeeding atleast 2 or 3 times? also how to make her convince to breastfeed again? she is crying if I want her to breastfeed. then I have to give her lactogen to feed her.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. exclusive breastfeeding has to be continued till completion of 6 months of age
 and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemaded food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation (eg lactonic granules, galact granules etc )
also take multivitaminsd iron calcium and vitamin d along with folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation.
