Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. kindly give syrup allegra 3.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 5 ml twice daily.
give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavityf every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your doctorf and give warm water to drink.
give home remedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk.
