My daughter is 6 months old .. she has a pale patch below her right eye.. now that White patch becomes more prominent now .. what’s the reason ?

many times white spots can occur in children at multiple sites on body but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application (any good brand) or simple coconut oil application. 
they will persist for few weeks and then will go away.

if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluation.t
some timesr it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection, worms infestation also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.
give plenty of water to drink.
