My daughter is 5 year old and she is having fever for last 3 days...I jus want to know can I give coconut water to her.

Increase fluid intake (breast milk / formula mikk / or other clear fluids) .
Give your baby small meals with high calories, high dense, high protein diet at regular intervals. n continue advice medicine
