Q.

My daughter is 5 months and 10 days old, From the beginning I'm struggling to get proper supply of breast milk and this put me under lot of mental stress as well, so can I start diluted cow milk instead of powder milk?

A. No As of now you have to go for powder milk only any kind of animal milk and we started only after the age of 13 months and there is no point getting stressed as there a lot of women who do not get sufficient breastfeed and so and that’s completely normal getting stressed is not going to help you in anyway
