my daughter is 5 months 9 days old what food I can give, can I give mutton soup now? is that safe? please answer. thank you

Sushma PalvadiMom of a 6 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. hello mum you can introduce solid Sony after 6 months of age even then mutton is not suggested immediately after introducing the solid foods you can prepare soup and give without any pieces in it but only after 6 months till then breast milk is sufficient for your baby growth
