my daughter is 4 yr old please let me know how much time spend mobile and tv in whole day because she is very touch in those things

A. Screen time should be limited to 2 hours in a day and maintain right distance from screen and give your child a healthy and nutritious diet comprising of all food groups

A. Hello dear parent! Limit the screen time as much as possible. Keep your child physically active. Let the child move around and play any game or sport. Give some good reading books to keep your child engaged. Buy age related toys. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Good luck and take care.
